- 1–½ teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1–½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

- 1/4 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon butter, at cool room temperature
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a greased 9” square baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Boil apple cider in a sauté pan until reduced by half; mix in diced butter until melted.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, sugars, oil, sour cream, spices, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine the warm cider mixture with wet ingredients.
- Fold in flour until just combined; pour batter into the prepared dish.
- Bake for 22–25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Cool slightly before brushing with melted butter and sprinkling cinnamon sugar on top.
