  • 6 oz fat-free blueberry yogurt
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 14 oz fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tbsp agave or sugar
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 3/4 cup raspberries
  • 3/4 cup strawberries
  • 6 oz fat-free strawberry yogurt

Instructions

  1. Prepare each berry smoothie layer individually by blending the berries with the corresponding yogurt and crushed ice until smooth.
  2. Pour the blueberry layer into popsicle molds, filling them one-third of the way, and freeze for 30 minutes.
  3. Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for an additional hour.
  4. Add the vanilla yogurt layer, filling another third of the molds, and freeze for one more hour.
  5. Top off with the mixed berry layer and freeze until solid (2-3 hours or overnight).
