  • 1/2 cup finely diced onion
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream or 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/21 teaspoon black pepper depending on taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the frozen diced potatoes, diced onion, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream (or cream cheese), garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
