- 340g Italian Style Chicken Sausages, sliced

- 950ml chicken broth
- 225g uncooked Radiatore pasta (or any small pasta)
- 2 cups zucchini, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup halved grape tomatoes
- ⅓ cup fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add sliced chicken sausages and diced onion and cook until browned.
- Season with salt and garlic; cook until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth while scraping the bottom of the pan.
- Bring to a boil, then stir in uncooked pasta and cook for about 10 minutes until mostly tender.
- Add chopped zucchini and cook for an additional 3 minutes until tender.
