  • ½ cup bell pepper (diced)

  • 2 cups macaroni (uncooked)
  • 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 packet chili seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  4. In a separate pot, boil water and cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  5. In another saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and whisk in flour; gradually add heavy cream and milk until thickened.
