Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 8 tsp raw sugar (or sweetener of choice)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 8 fresh mint leaves
  • 8 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Squeeze enough oranges to obtain 1 1/4 cups of fresh orange juice.
  2. In a blender, combine the orange juice, raw sugar, lemon juice, lime juice, water, mint leaves, basil leaves, and vanilla extract (if using). Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour about 1/3 cup of the mixture into each popsicle mold.
  4. Freeze for at least four hours or until completely solid.
