  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Pat salmon dry and cut into cubes. Season with olive oil and spices; toss to coat evenly.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and other sauce ingredients until smooth.
  3. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon bites for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
