  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped Turkey Bacon until crispy. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet, add diced onion and minced garlic to the bacon grease. Sauté for about 3 minutes until onions are translucent, then transfer to the slow cooker.
  3. Add fresh green beans, vegetable broth, butter, brown sugar (if using), Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker. Stir well to combine.
