Ingredients
- 2 cans crescent roll dough sheets
- 8 ounces sliced provolone cheese
- ¼ pound sliced deli pepperoni
- ¼ pound sliced deli chicken ham
- ¼ pound sliced Genoa salami
- 12-ounce can roasted red bell peppers (drained)
- ½ cup canned sliced pepperoncini (drained)
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon prepared pesto
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Press one sheet of crescent dough into the bottom of the baking dish, extending it up the sides about an inch. Layer half of the provolone cheese on top.
- Add layers of pepperoni, chicken ham, salami, roasted bell peppers, pepperoncini, and remaining provolone cheese.
- Cover with the second sheet of crescent dough and pinch the edges to seal tightly. In a mixing bowl, combine egg, pesto, and parmesan cheese; brush this mixture over the top layer.
- Cover with greased foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool for about 10 minutes before slicing into squares.
