  • 1/2 tsp cumin

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 lime, cut in wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper; rub over tilapia fillets.
