  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

  4. Stir in the washed rice and toast for one minute.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth, add salt to taste, then bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-18 minutes until rice is tender.
  6. Mix in lemon juice, zest, and chopped parsley; fluff with a fork.
  7. Let it steam off heat for another 5 minutes before serving.
