  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 slices fresh mozzarella
  • 4 slices ripe tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons sliced basil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season each chicken breast with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spray the grill with non-stick cooking spray and place seasoned chicken on it. Cook until nearly done.
  3. Add a slice of mozzarella to each chicken breast. Close the grill lid until cheese melts.
  4. Remove from grill and top with tomato slices and basil. Drizzle with balsamic reduction before serving.
