Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss sliced peaches with lemon juice, cornstarch, maple syrup (optional), and cinnamon. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, combine oats, almond flour, chopped nuts, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in coconut oil and maple syrup until crumbly.
