Instructions

  4. Fry a small piece of the mixture in a skillet to taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Shape the mixture into patties about 2½ to 3 inches in diameter.
  6. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook each patty for 3–4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
