- 36 oz pasta sauce

- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 large egg (beaten)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil lasagna noodles in a large pot until al dente; drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef and Italian sausage with diced onion and minced garlic until no longer pink; drain excess fat.
- Stir in pasta sauce, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, and salt; simmer for about five minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped parsley, and beaten egg.
- In a greased 9×13 baking pan, layer one cup of meat sauce, three noodles, one-third of the ricotta mixture, and another cup of meat sauce; repeat two more times.
- Top with remaining noodles and meat sauce.
