  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Mallow Bits (freeze-dried marshmallows)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Beat softened butter, sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, hot cocoa mix, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in chocolate chips and Mallow Bits.
  7. Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
  8. Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets about two inches apart.
  9. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
