- 1 can black olives (6 oz.), drained and halved
- 1 orange bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped pepperoncini
- 8 oz. fresh mozzarella balls, quartered
- 8 oz. sliced salami, chopped
- Italian dressing (to taste)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Italian dressing and refrigerate until use.
- Cook the tortellini in salted water per package instructions; drain and rinse with cool water.
