- 100 g white chocolate (roughly chopped)
Instructions
- Prepare the mochi mixture by combining glutinous rice flour, sugar, and water in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes total, stirring after each minute until sticky and bouncy.
- Shape the mochi into equal pieces dusted with cornstarch and set aside to cool.
