- 100g Kunafa/Shredded Phyllo Dough
- 50g Butter, melted
- 5 Puff pastry squares
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 100g Thick cream
- 100g Ricotta cheese
- 1 tsp Rose Water
- Powdered Pistachios, for garnish
Instructions
- Chop kunafa in a food processor until fine, then mix with melted butter.
- Cut each puff pastry into 4 squares; dip in milk and coat with kunafa mixture.
- Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes or until golden brown; cool on a wire rack.
- Mix ricotta, thick cream, rose water, and fill cooled pastries.
