Instructions

  2. Mix ice water with vinegar; add to dough until it forms a ball. Chill for 30 minutes.

  4. Roll out chilled dough into a square and cut into four pieces to form tart shells.
  5. Place cream cheese in each shell, drizzle with honey mixture, and top with peach slices.
  6. Bake at 425°F for 18-22 minutes until golden brown; serve warm.
