- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Prepare the shortbread dough by mixing flour, powdered sugar, and cold butter until crumbly. Add the egg yolk and mix until combined. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
