  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced potatoes and cook for 8-10 minutes until they start to soften. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, brown the ground beef until fully cooked; drain excess fat if necessary. Add chopped onion, bell pepper, garlic, and seasonings. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables soften.
  3. Return the potatoes to the skillet along with beef broth. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes.
