- 1 cup icing sugar
- 2 tablespoons 2% milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the sugar, eggs, and butter until smooth.
- Stir in the milk, pistachio pudding mix, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour and fold until just mixed without lumps.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 40–50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing; serve fresh.
