  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup butter (very soft)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 tablespoons milk (more to taste)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice for the streusel topping. Add melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon for the cake batter. Cut in softened butter until crumbly.
