  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into four pieces and reserve icing.
  3. In a gallon-size resealable bag, mix granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Add cinnamon roll pieces and shake to coat.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar and melted butter until mixed well.
  5. Layer half of the coated cinnamon roll pieces in the bundt pan, drizzle half of the brown sugar mixture on top. Repeat with remaining pieces and drizzle leftover mixture.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate. Drizzle with spiced icing.
