Ingredients

- 2 cans quartered artichoke hearts
- 2 cups baby spinach
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions
