- 1 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
- 2–3 tbsp heavy cream (for icing)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×9 inch cake pan with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter with 1 cup of chocolate chips until smooth.
- Beat eggs in a stand mixer until frothy; mix in melted chocolate mixture.
- Add flour and mix until just combined; fold in remaining chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
- For coating, melt semi-sweet chocolate chips with coconut oil; dip brownies until fully coated.
