Instructions
- In a stand mixer, combine lukewarm milk, sugar, and yeast; let sit until bubbly.

- Knead dough for 8–10 minutes until elastic; let rise until doubled.
- Prepare filling by heating butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon; stir in apples.
- Roll out dough, spread filling evenly, roll into a log, and twist.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes until golden brown; glaze with syrup.
