Ingredients
- 16 oz rotini pasta (multicolored vegetable)
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers (diced)
- 1/2 yellow onion (diced)
- 2 oz canned black olives (sliced)
- 1/2 large cucumber (peeled and diced)
- 12 slices Buddig Honey chicken ham (chopped)
- 10 Frigo Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese sticks (chopped)
- 1 cup Old Wisconsin Turkey Sausage Sticks (sliced thin)
- 1/2–3/4 cup Italian dressing
- Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta with roasted red peppers, diced onion, sliced olives, diced cucumber, chopped chicken ham, cheddar cheese sticks, and turkey sausage.
