  • 10 oz Rotel (tomatoes with green chilies)
  • 28 oz stewed tomatoes
  • 14 oz kidney beans (undrained)
  • 14 oz pinto beans (undrained)
  • 14 oz tomato sauce
  • 1.25 oz dry chili seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a large stock pot, heat cooking oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, diced onion, celery, and green pepper. Cook until the beef is browned, about 8–10 minutes.
  2. Stir in salt and black pepper to taste. Drain excess grease if necessary.
  3. Add Rotel, stewed tomatoes, undrained kidney beans, undrained pinto beans, tomato sauce, and chili seasoning to the pot. Mix well.
  4. Reduce heat to simmer and cover the pot. Allow it to cook for one hour.
